All butchery items are priced are per pound, and each item lists the estimated price based on average weight. The final price will not be determined until the order is weighed. If final cost turns out to be higher than the estimated total, an additional charge will be processed for the difference. If the final cost is lower than the estimate, a refund will be issued for the difference.
